Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is only permitted to register one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

308 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.

Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 308 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately through the available channels on the platform and change your password without delay.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 308 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts are obtained from legitimate sources. 308 does not accept deposits originating from illegal activities or those that violate Malaysian law.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated for each payment method. 308 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with security requirements and anti-money laundering regulations. Any attempt to withdraw funds via a different method from the original deposit may require additional review and could take longer to process.
